Der Komplex 100 Bishopsgate besteht aus zwei Geb\u00e4uden \u2013 einem 40-st\u00f6ckigen Hochhaus als Hauptgeb\u00e4ude und einem zweiten, 7-st\u00f6ckigen Bau \u2013 und beherbergt \u00fcber 60.000 Quadratmeter an B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen sowie Restaurants und andere Gastgewerbe sowie Freizeiteinrichtungen. Der Standort und die im Geb\u00e4udekomplex angebotenen Leistungen haben eine Vielzahl sehr bekannter Unternehmen angezogen. Diese haben langfristige Mietvertr\u00e4ge abgeschlossen und die gemieteten R\u00e4umlichkeiten nach den jeweiligen Anforderungen ausgestattet und angepasst.

Nach der von uns durchgef\u00fchrten strukturierten Verkabelung wurden wir zus\u00e4tzlich damit beauftragt, unsere Mobilfunkl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Innenr\u00e4ume (\u201eIn-Building Cellular\u201c, IBC<\/a>) zu installieren.

Schon in der Fr\u00fchphase war es den f\u00fcr die Standortentwicklung Verantwortlichen ein Anliegen, innerhalb der Geb\u00e4ude nahtlosen Mobilfunkempfang zu erm\u00f6glichen, weil Smartphones und Mobilfunknetze heute als selbstverst\u00e4ndlicher Komfort und in vielen F\u00e4llen als unverzichtbare Technik wahrgenommen werden.

ONNEC konnte ein kommerzielles Modell anbieten, welches sowohl effizient als auch fair f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten war, mit Blick auf die Anfangsinvestition ebenso wie auf die laufenden Betriebskosten.

Dieses Modell sieht vor, dass der Vermieter das Headend-System, das Backbone-Netz und eine begrenzte Zahl von Antennen bereitstellt, die den Empfang im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsfl\u00e4chen gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Mieter hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, vollst\u00e4ndig integrierte Erweiterungen zu erwerben und im Zuge des Ausbaus installieren zu lassen, um auch in ihren eigenen R\u00e4umlichkeiten vom selben hervorragenden Empfang zu profitieren. Das System umfasst 200 diskret im Geb\u00e4ude verteilte PoE-Antennen.
Seit ihrer Fertigstellung bietet die von uns installierte L\u00f6sung im Geb\u00e4ude nahtlosen 4G-Mobilfunkempfang f\u00fcr alle vier britischen Netzbetreiber sowie f\u00fcr virtuelle Netzbetreiber wie BT Mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
