ONNEC GROUP APPOINTS PHILIPPE HUINCK AS its new CEO<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

London, UK, May 15th<\/sup>, 2023 –<\/strong> Onnec Group today announced the appointment of Philippe Huinck as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Barry Horgan who will move to the position of Chairman. Jakob M\u00f8ller-Jensen will take the role of Deputy Chairman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philippe joins from Sodexo, a global leader in food services and facility management, where he was CEO of Corporate Services APAC and Board Member of the Japanese joint venture Globeship\/Sodexo. Philippe will begin as Onnec CEO on 1st<\/sup> June 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An established international leader, Philippe has an exceptional track record of revenue generation and business growth in complex, international, multi-portfolio businesses. As CEO of Corporate Services APAC, a business of 54,000 employees operating in 12 territories, Philippe has delivered profitable growth and significant portfolio and organisational change, as part of a transformation into a more focused, growth driven and sustainable business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Philippe began his career 30 years ago in North America and has since risen to increasingly prominent leadership positions across various businesses across the world. He has lived and worked in the US, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philippe is a Dutch National and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the Inholland University of Applied Sciences. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of World Trust, a charitable trust supporting education and medical support for underprivileged women and children in developing nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barry will move to the role of Chairman and will play an active role in supporting Philippe drive the company\u2019s international growth agenda and expansion. Jakob will take the role of Deputy Chairman, representing the key external stakeholders as well as providing strategic and financial input to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
