We\u2019re thrilled to have once again been placed in the UK\u2019s top 100 most inclusive places to work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re incredibly proud to share that Onnec has been ranked 50th in the UK\u2019s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces, as recognised by the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD). This is the forth consecutive year we\u2019ve been featured in this prestigious list, a testament to our ongoing dedication to fostering a culture built on the NCFD’s FREDIE principles – Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2021, we\u2019ve worked closely with the NCFD to continually enhance our approach to inclusion and diversity. This partnership has helped us achieve our Silver Investors in Diversity Accreditation, highlighting our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Onnec, diversity and inclusion aren\u2019t just values – they\u2019re fundamental to who we are and how we work.
