In January 2021, we achieved the Diversity Foundational Award, before progressing to Silver accreditation in June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two years on, we have successfully renewed our Silver accreditation at a higher level, reflecting the progress made across the business and putting us firmly on the path towards Gold \u2013 Leaders in Diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u201cI am delighted that Onnec has retained the Investors in Diversity Silver Award from the National Centre for Diversity,\u201d comments Onnec CEO, Phillipe Huinck. \u201cAt Onnec, we\u2019re committed to fostering a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all current and future colleagues. Retaining this accreditation is testament to the inclusive and welcoming environment that our colleagues create every day and I\u2019m proud that they continue to be recognised for their ongoing positive engagement and practices.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Investors in Diversity accreditation is renewed every two years and involves a detailed assessment, including a staff survey and focus groups with Onnec colleagues facilitated by a National Centre for Diversity representative. This provides an opportunity for our team to share their experiences and feedback directly, as well as assess the progress made since our previous accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re particularly proud of the work being led by our EDI Committee and employee resource groups (ERGs), including Women at Onnec, Pride at Onnec and Neurodiversity at Onnec. These groups play an important role in shaping our EDI activity and ensuring that the initiatives we introduce reflect what matters to our people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Onnec continues to grow and operate across different countries and cultures, we remain focused on creating an inclusive environment where our people can feel valued, supported and able to
