Congratulations to our Network Cable Installer (NCI®) Apprentices who recently graduated and moved into full time positions at Onnec.
We’re proud to announce that our UK-based apprentices have completed the Level 3 Network Cable Installer (NCI) Apprenticeship with Onnec and CNet Training. This is a major achievement in their careers. It also reflects our commitment to developing future talent in the IT infrastructure industry.
During the 16-month programme, our apprentices gained hands-on experience in copper and fibre cable installation. They also learned how to test and certify installations and developed strong project management skills. Their dedication, focus, and passion helped them grow professionally and personally.
We hosted a graduation celebration at our London Head Office to mark this achievement. Senior leaders, including our CEO, joined the event to show their support. George, Asean, and Ed received their certificates and reflected on their journey. They now begin the next stage of their careers at Onnec, applying the skills and knowledge they’ve gained.
Congratulations on passing your apprenticeships and stepping into your new roles with Onnec. This is an achievement that speaks volumes about your dedication, hard work, and commitment to your personal and professional growth. A Journey of Growth and Learning
Onnec’s apprenticeship programme with CNet was designed to provide our apprentices with real-world experience and mentorship from some of the best in the industry. Over the course of the programme, our apprentices worked alongside experienced site managers, learning the ins and outs of project management, team coordination, and client communication. They faced challenges head-on, developed problem-solving skills, and played a vital role in the success of several key projects.
The apprentices from Onnec were the first to successfully complete the level 3 Network Cable Installer apprenticeship through CNet Training. They were exemplary in their behaviour and work ethic and were excellent representatives of Onnec. Apprentices are often new to the workplace, and they are shaped by their environment. And this is where Onnec excelled; they provided an outstanding environment for their apprentices.
