fireside chat | From Cables to C-Suite role models: Women Rewiring Data Centre Leadership
Date: Wednesday 4th March
Time: 12:15-12:40pm
Location: Design and Build & Physical Security Theatre
Onnec are delighted to be attending this year’s Data Centre World in London, the UK’s largest gathering of industry professionals and end-users. We will be joining the conference programme for an engaging fireside chat: From Cables to C-Suite Role Models: Women Rewiring Data Centre Leadership.
Women aren’t just changing data centres – they’re driving their future. With capacity targets accelerating and women representing just 8% of the workforce today, 2026 marks a decisive shift from conversation to action. Join our fireside chat as two experienced industry leaders share how bold leadership, clear career pathways, and impactful sponsorship are unlocking opportunity, strengthening resilience, and shaping the next generation of role models across the digital infrastructure supply chain.
For hiring executives and management, this session is a must-watch. You’ll gain practical insights to help your organisation attract more women into digital infrastructure, remove structural barriers, and build the systems and cultures needed for women to thrive across the industry.
