Onnec Strengthens Nordic Leadership Team with New Country Operations Managers in Finland and Norway

Onnec is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Country Operations Managers in the Nordics, reinforcing our commitment to growth and operational excellence across the region.

The Nordic region is one of the fastest-growing data centre markets in Europe, driven by increasing demand for cloud, AI, and high-performance computing. According to market research company Arizton’s latest report, the Nordic data centre construction market is experiencing strong growth, with a projected CAGR of 23.42% between 2024 and 2030.

With this rapid expansion comes the need for strong leadership and operational excellence to support both local and global customers.

To strengthen our presence and meet this demand, we are pleased to welcome Juha Sallinen and Helene Norman-Dupuy to our Nordic leadership team.

Finland – Juha Sallinen

Juha brings over 15 years of leadership experience in business development, project management, and technical expertise. With a strong background in data centre services, service development, and customer satisfaction, Juha has built his career leading multicultural teams and managing global processes.

Norway – Helene Norman-Dupuy

Helene is a high-performing, strategic thinker with more than 25 years of experience in communications and operations across diverse industrial sectors. Her leadership and breadth of expertise bolster our growing Nordic team and mark another pivotal step in Onnec’s expansion into Norway, enhancing our ability to support customers and drive regional growth.

Earlier this year, Onnec launched its new entity in Finland — an exciting chapter in our strategy to expand across the Nordics and meet the rising needs of our global customers. With Juha and Helene joining the frontline of this effort, Onnec is well-positioned to deliver both technical excellence and customer-centred outcomes.
