End of year wrap up
2025 has been a year of remarkable growth and stability for Onnec. We’ve welcomed new customers, seen the average tenure of our existing clients rise to 15 years with our longest standing finance client being 30 years, onboarded even more talented colleagues, and expanded with new business entities. Our operational strength is growing rapidly across the group, setting a strong foundation for continued success next year.

Strengthening standards
Onnec recently achieved successful re-certification to ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), with zero non-conformities across all standards, a clear demonstration of the strength and maturity of our integrated management system. We are now progressing through the Cyber Essentials Plus certification process, which will further enhance our security posture and reinforce our commitment to safeguarding customer data, maintaining resilient operational practices, and continuously elevating our information security and data protection capabilities.
We also recently recertified several key construction certifications such as: Archilles and Construction online.
Mastering Design
Our design team has experienced significant growth over the past year, both in size and capability. We’ve expanded our skill sets, introduced new tools and processes, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration throughout the organisation. This growth has allowed us to take on more complex projects, sustain the quality of our work, and deliver design solutions that better support our customers strategic goals.
Excellence in delivery
Throughout this year, our commitment to outstanding Health & Safety has been acknowledged by contractors across numerous customer sites. We’re proud of the strong H & S culture we’ve built and continue to work closely with our supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality office and data centre fit-out projects.
Closing the gender gap
Recruitment and the skills gap remain constant challenges in our industry. We sincerely thank our recruitment teams across all entities for their continued efforts in supporting our delivery teams. Their commitment has contributed to a 38% increase in female recruitment—a significant step forward for our organisation.
Regional Leadership
Throughout 2025, we have invested in senior leadership to strengthen our operations and deliver strategic management across multiple regions. This includes senior leads for the UK and APAC, as well as operational management roles in Norway, Finland, Australia, and Singapore.
Elevated Partnerships
Like previous years, 2025 has reinforced our commitment to strong, collaborative relationships with key vendor partners. We continue to ensure complete transparency and work closely with our partners on projects across our customer portfolio.
Worldwide Impact
2025 has been a record-breaking year for us, with active projects now underway in more than 31 countries. Our operational teams have been strategically deployed both locally and internationally to meet this demand, demonstrating their flexibility, expertise, and commitment to delivering excellence across every project.
As we reflect on the year gone by, we extend our sincere gratitude to our customers and partners for their ongoing support and collaboration. With 2026 on the horizon, we are excited to continue growing together, delivering excellence, and embracing new opportunities across our global operations.
