Onnec joins the Finnish Data Center Association
Onnec is proud to announce that it has become a member of the Finnish Data Center Association (FDCA), further strengthening its commitment to advancing Finland’s data centre and digital infrastructure sector.
The FDCA is a not-for-profit industry cluster representing the data centre, cloud and ICT ecosystem across Finland. It promotes best practices, standardisation, energy efficiency and sustainability, while fostering collaboration between operators, technology suppliers, government and academia. By joining the association, Onnec will contribute to this shared mission and actively participate in shaping the future of the industry.
Onnec’s presence in Finland continues to grow as we support our customers expanding into this region. Finland has emerged as a prime location for data centres thanks to its reliable electricity grid, access to renewable energy, competitive electricity costs and strong international connectivity. These strengths make it a natural hub for sustainable digital growth, and Onnec is proud to be playing a role in delivering the infrastructure that underpins this transformation.
Onnec is already a member of other leading Nordic associations, including those in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Becoming part of the FDCA extends this collaboration across the region and underlines Onnec’s long-term commitment to supporting the development of a thriving and sustainable data centre industry in the Nordics.
