Onnec appoints new Projects Director of MOD & Secure Services
Onnec is pleased to announce the appointment of John Graham as Projects Director – MOD & Secure Services for Onnec UK.
John joins Onnec at a pivotal time, as demand continues to grow rapidly across the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) and wider secure-government sector for resilient, secure and high-performance IT infrastructure. Organisations operating in defence and national security environments are placing even greater emphasis on robust connectivity, cyber-resilient networks and trusted delivery partners capable of operating within highly regulated cyber-secure settings.
With established technical delivery expertise, nationwide operational footprint and proven experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes, Onnec is well-positioned to expand its presence within the MOD and secure-government sector. Onnec’s accreditations, including Cyber Essentials Plus certification and JOSCAR registration, further reinforce its commitment to security, compliance and trusted delivery within highly regulated environments.
In his new role, John will lead Onnec’s delivery capability across the defence sector, supporting the continued development of secure infrastructure solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of these customers.

John brings 40 years of industry experience and 15+ years in senior management delivering complex, secure telecommunications and infrastructure programmes across the UK’s MOD estate, with deep expertise in secure ICT infrastructure, cyber-resilient networks, and operating in highly regulated, security-critical environments.
