Onnec Ranked in UK’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces

We’re thrilled to have once again been placed in the UK’s top 100 most inclusive places to work.
We’re incredibly proud to share that Onnec has been ranked 50th in the UK’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces, as recognised by the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD). This is the forth consecutive year we’ve been featured in this prestigious list, a testament to our ongoing dedication to fostering a culture built on the NCFD’s FREDIE principles – Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement.
Since 2021, we’ve worked closely with the NCFD to continually enhance our approach to inclusion and diversity. This partnership has helped us achieve our Silver Investors in Diversity Accreditation, highlighting our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
At Onnec, diversity and inclusion aren’t just values – they’re fundamental to who we are and how we work. We want Onnec to be an organisation that champions diversity and inclusion in every market, sector and geography we work in, and where the best and most talented people want to join, stay and develop their careers.
I send my warmest congratulations to Onnec Group on successfully reaching number 50 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Employers Index 2025. The inspiring organisations that make the Top 100, demonstrate excellent levels of employee retention and recruitment and clearly demonstrate how they value and respect the people that work for them. What better than to be recognised by peers and those travelling in the same direction towards the common goal of Fairness in the workplace. It is hugely motivational.
