Onnec Retains Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation with Record Inclusion Score
We are proud to announce that Onnec has retained our Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation – and this year, our inclusion score has risen dramatically to 87.3%, placing us above both the national and industry benchmarks.
The Investors in Diversity award is Ireland’s first all-encompassing diversity and inclusion (D&I) accreditation mark for businesses. Developed by the Irish Centre for Diversity, it offers a clear and structured framework to transform diversity practices and culture.
Our journey began in 2020 when we partnered with the Irish Centre for Diversity, and moving up to the Silver ranking reflects the progress we have made over the past years, along with the critical steps we have taken across the Onnec Group to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
Silver accreditation affirms that Onnec has been benchmarked against other bodies and has embedded inclusive practices across the organisation, while continuing to develop and foster a shared sense of Fairness and Belonging among colleagues.
Over recent years, working closely with both the National Centre for Diversity and the Irish Centre for Diversity, we have achieved multiple awards recognising our dedication to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Today, in both Ireland and the UK, we proudly hold the Investors in Diversity Silver Award.
