Onnec Retains Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation with Record Inclusion Score
We’re proud to announce that Onnec Ireland has once again achieved the Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity. The Investors in Diversity award is Ireland’s first all-encompassing diversity and inclusion (D&I) accreditation mark for businesses. Developed by the Irish Centre for Diversity, it offers a clear and structured framework to transform diversity practices and culture.
This year, our inclusion score has risen to 87.3%, placing us above both the national and industry benchmarks.
A reflection of our team
This accreditation is determined entirely by employee survey feedback and perceptions of our EDI initiatives. Achieving such a strong score demonstrates the impact of the steps we have taken to build a culture where fairness, respect, and belonging are embedded across the organisation.
The Silver Accreditation confirms that Onnec has established inclusive practices across the business and continues to create an environment where colleagues feel supported and empowered to succeed. Today, in both Ireland and the UK, we proudly hold the Investors in Diversity Silver Award.
