A Message from Our CEO
As 2025 draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year of growth at Onnec. Across all key regions, we have successfully delivered complex, mission-critical IT infrastructure projects, navigated regional nuances, and consistently exceeded our clients’ expectations—a feat I am personally very proud of.
Our highly experienced managed services teams have been traveling from site to site, providing exceptional technical support to our key clients. Meanwhile, our solutions teams have ensured critical networks remain fully optimised, whilst our projects teams have been installing and upgrading structured cabling infrastructures to meet the demands of new office fit outs, hyperscale retrofit expansions, as well as the arrival of new Data centre market entrants.
We are proud to continue growing and even prouder that our clients trust us to bring their business ambitions to life, helping them expand their reach while always delivering with confidence.
This year, we have seen steady growth across all our entities, but I want to especially recognise the outstanding efforts of our Asia Pacific region. With an increased number of colleagues on the ground, new entities operating, and close collaboration with local resource partners, the team has continued to maintain our high delivery standards and uphold Onnec’s values.
I was particularly proud during my visit to Johor, Malaysia, in October, where I witnessed firsthand the scale of the work and the incredible effort our site leaders and project teams put in every day. The day-to-day pressures on these sites are significant, yet our teams consistently deliver under challenging circumstances.
At Onnec, our customers’ success remains at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering the highest quality and earning trust on the most mission critical projects. Safety is not just a policy, but a deeply rooted part of our culture, ensuring everyone involved feels protected, valued, and confident.
Most recently, we successfully re-certified our ISO accreditations following an audit with no non-conformities, alongside renewing other key construction certifications. Internally, we have continued to make significant strides in building an inclusive and supportive environment. Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are helping to create a workplace where everyone can thrive, reinforcing our commitment to our people.
As we move into 2026, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to continuing our growth while strengthening our relationships with all our customers and partners. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your business evolution.
